  • Spend 70% of your time focused on sales – building relationships, calling leads, and closing business
  • Spend 30% on service – helping clients with policy changes, questions, and renewals
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience with every interaction
  • Follow proven systems while bringing your own drive and personality
